Bingo, bowling alleys, movie multiplex, equestrian arena (often with free events). The casino is good, large with ample table games and a huge number of slots and VP. And I left out the expensive fancy restaurant Michael's. This does not include the deli or the bowling alley snack bar or the hot dog cart, Starbucks, ice cream parlor. In no particular order, (1) buffet, (2) coffee shop (great after-midnight specials), (3) Zen Shin Asian food, (4) Silverado Steak House, (5) Don Vito's Italian, (6) Primarily Prime Rib, (7) Baja Miguels, (8) Steak & Shake, and (9) Oyster Bar.
(If the OP did not specify that they will have a rental car, this might not be the best choice.) Lots of food choices that are good.
